About Me
Hello, and thank you for visiting!
Who I Teach:
I’m a qualified teacher, trained specifically in KS2 Primary Education (ages 7-11) , with several years of experience helping children at KS2 to grow in confidence and achieve their potential. Over the years, I’ve taught a wide range of learners - from those who need extra support in English and Maths, to pupils preparing for the 11+, and even children eager to explore coding.
My Approach
Every child is different. What progress looks like to one child, may be very different to another. Ultimately, I work to ensure children make progress which they can be proud of (this isn't limited to academic milestones). I am also SEMH trained and have years of experience in supporting children with various SEND needs. My learning plan for each child is holistic and entirely personal.
My lessons are:
Personalised - tailored to your child’s needs and goals.
Supportive - creating a safe space where mistakes are part of learning.
Structured - with clear steps that build lasting understanding.
Experience & Qualifications
I constantly endeavour to develop my pedagogy and approach with high quality CPD. Additionally, I bring the following experience and qualifications:
-
8 years of KS2 teaching experience (Y3 - 6)
-
Master's degree from the University of Nottingham.

Beyond the Classroom
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy developing creative resources, exploring new ways to make learning engaging, and keeping up to date with the latest approaches in learning psychology and educational research.
My Goal
To help your child feel confident, capable, and ready for the next step in their learning journey.
