This six-week creative writing course invites young writers to journey into a world of magic, mystery, and mythical creatures.  Each lesson is a mix of creative writing activities, artwork, interactive games, and quizzes designed to develop storytelling skills and boost imagination.

Over the course, children will:

🐉 Build vocabulary & descriptive techniques

🐉 Strengthen story structure and story-building

🐉Use art and writing to create original characters and settings

🐉Learn how to build atmosphere and suspense

🐉 Develop various writing skills aligned with the UK National Curriculum

Each session comes with a printable activity booklet (sent the day before), but printing is totally optional.​

 

Who it’s for: KS2/KS3

When: Wednesdays, 13:00–13:45 (UK time).

Cost: £5 per child, per session.

Small groups: Max. 6 children.

Personalised Support:

With a small group size, each child receives individual attention. I adapt each session to suit the group, offering extra challenge where needed and support where it’s helpful. Please let me know if your child has specific SEND needs, I'll be happy to adapt my delivery of the lesson to ensure they access the content in the best possible way.

Feedback and Marking:

After each lesson, I'll send each parent a brief report of what we have covered. If parents want some writing feedback, they can send in photos of their child's work after the lesson and I will provide individual feedback.
